The "Microbial Genome Strain Comparison Service" is a service that conducts comparisons using nearly complete contig sequences obtained from PacBio. It examines the structure to determine the extent of differences, presents genes in regions with differences (SNPs, IN/DEL, Inversion, translocation), and further provides information on differences in amino acid sequences. Gene prediction information is delivered as a merged result from two types of prediction pipelines. Additionally, as an option, three types of data for functional annotation can also be provided.
